I absolutely love dates. They’ve been a part of my daily routine for several years now—I eat 2-3 every morning, and I can honestly say they’ve become my go-to staple for breakfast. But it’s not just the taste that keeps me reaching for dates—they offer a host of health benefits that have truly made them one of my favorite foods.
